If you’re a business owner, a VP of sales, the head of a sales team, an entrepreneur…one of the reasons you’re not selling is that you’re not productive.

If you don’t clearly define your desired outcomes each and every day — those outcomes that move the needle — then you’ll end up filling your day with B.S. inputs.

If your job is to sell, then those outcomes involve SELLING.

Every minute you spend doing something else at work is time spent away from your outcomes. And you can blame your lack of effectiveness on a variety of things, but the fact of the matter is you’re not selling because you’re not productive.
